World Taichi and Qigong Day

No prior experience needed, all ability levels welcome. This free event features tai chi and qigong movement for health, appropriate for all ages including kids. Everyone is welcome to join in or watch various practitioners do Tai Chi exercise or practice Qigong (‘Chi Gong’). Groups or individuals interested in participating – call Susan Hebson at 802 384 0912 or susan.hebson [at] gmail [dot] com or just be there at 10 a.m. This event is free and open to the public.
